Master Chen Tongshan

Distinguished Grandmaster of Shaolin Kung Fu
Chairman Master Chen Tongshan holds a bachelor’s degree and is ranked 8th Duan of Chinese Kung Fu. Born into a prestigious kung fu family, he has practiced since early childhood, deeply mastering traditional Shaolin routines and an extensive array of traditional martial arts weapons. He boasts exceptional, legendary attainments, especially in the execution of the Black Tiger Fist, the Dharma Cane, and various long Shaolin weapons.

Honors, Titles, and Official Appointments

  • Elite Leadership Awards: Honored with titles including Top Ten Young Kung Fu Masters, One of the Shaolin Eighteen Vajras, Outstanding Academy Principal, Top-notch Professional Talent of Dengfeng, and Distinguished Inheritor of Dengfeng Folk Traditional Culture.

  • Association Leadership Roles: Serves actively as a member of the Shaolin Kung Fu Steering Committee of the Chinese Kung Fu Association, member of the Henan Kung Fu Association, specially invited vice chairman of the Zhengzhou Kung Fu Association, and executive vice chairman of the Dengfeng Shaolin Kung Fu Association.

Master Chen Tongchuan

National Champion & Global Ambassador
Principal Kung Fu Master Chen Tongchuan is a dedicated CPC member, a deputy to the Dengfeng Municipal People’s Congress, an 8th Duan of Chinese Kung Fu, and stands proudly as one of the legendary Shaolin Eighteen Vajras. As a prestigious Shaolin Kungfu master and a celebrated national champion, he represents the pinnacle of elite champions of Shaolin Kung Fu.

He is profoundly proficient in soft traditional martial arts weapons; his flawless demonstration of the Shaolin meteor hammer was officially recorded into standard teaching materials by the Chinese Kung Fu Association for nationwide promotion and curriculum standardization.

International Diplomacy and Cultural Exchange

  • 1993 Taiwan Delegation: Visited Taiwan with the Songshan Shaolin Temple Buddhist Culture Delegation, where he was received cordially by prominent political leaders, including Chiang Ching-kuo and Hao Bocun.

  • 1997 Royal Commission: Commissioned directly by the General Administration of Sport of China, he traveled internationally to Brunei to personally teach authentic Shaolin Kung Fu to the Prince of Brunei, cementing the academy’s reputation for training elite global figures.
