He focuses on improving students’ skills and comprehensive quality, and has won many honors and professional qualifications.

Martial Arts Experience

2000 – 2007: Studied at Shaolin Xiaolong Kungfu Academy, systematically studied shaolin kungfu skills, laid a solid foundation in shaolin kungfu, proficiently mastered core shaolin kungfu skills such as Sanda, and laid a profound foundation for subsequent teaching work.

Work Experience

2008 – Present: Taught at Shaolin Xiaolong Kungfu Academy, always adhering to the front line of teaching, uphold a rigorous and responsible teaching attitude, combined with his own shaolin kungfu experience, innovated teaching methods, and helped students improve their shaolin kungfu skills;
2014: Promoted to Sanda Special Training Team Coach by virtue of excellent Sanda skills and teaching potential, focusing on the targeted training of elite Sanda students and improving the overall competitive level of the special training team;
2018: Took office as Deputy Director of the General Sanda Department. While undertaking teaching tasks, he assisted in coordinating the department’s teaching management, curriculum setting and faculty allocation, and promoted the standardized and systematic development of Sanda teaching;
2024: Served as Deputy Director of the Film and Television Art Department and Sanda Class Coach, taking on dual responsibilities of department management and Sanda teaching, combining shaolin kungfu teaching with film and television art training, and broadening the development direction of students;
2026: With rich teaching experience, excellent professional qualifications and good professional quality, he served as an International Class Coach, responsible for the shaolin kungfu teaching of international students and spreading Chinese shaolin kungfu culture.

Honors and Qualifications

During his tenure, he performed outstandingly and was repeatedly rated as an “Excellent Employee” by the school, gaining recognition from school leaders and colleagues;
2016 – 2023: With excellent teaching results, he was repeatedly awarded the title of “Excellent Coach”, and his teaching ability and sense of responsibility were widely recognized;
2018: Successfully passed the relevant assessment and obtained the “Henan Provincial Wushu Sanda Referee Certificate”, with professional Sanda referee qualifications;
2023: Further improved his professional ability, obtained dual certificates of Wushu Bingdao Referee and Coach, expanded his professional field, and provided strong support for teaching and competition refereeing.

Personal Summary

Since learning shaolin kungfu, he has always adhered to the love and inheritance of Chinese shaolin kungfu. Over the past ten years of teaching, he has deeply engaged in teaching, steadily promoted, and taken on multiple responsibilities of teaching, management and competition refereeing, accumulating rich practical, teaching and management experience. He always treats teaching with a rigorous attitude and cultivates students with a responsible attitude, focusing on teaching by example. He not only imparts shaolin kungfu skills, but also pays attention to cultivating students’ perseverance, self-discipline and self-improvement. In the future, he will continue to deepen his efforts in the field of shaolin kungfu education and help the inheritance and development of Chinese shaolin kungfu culture.
